When covid-19 hit, the cultural sector was faced with a lock-down. Advies etc. was commissioned by LAAKtheater to consult and to investigate possibilities to open the theatre save for the public and artists. The first scan showed that measures were necessary.

A report was drawn up and on that basis a concise building programme was drawn up with an estimate of costs. The execution was commissioned, Advies etc. provided the process manager to overview execution until the end of the project.

The lobby was relocated internally and redecorated, the building was painted, overdue maintenance was executed, the garden is redesigned and made ready for public, new modern climate systems were installed. The project was finished in time within budget.
