The municipality of Alphen a/d Rijn commissioned an investigation on different scenarios for the development of Castellum theatre. Advies etc. participated as a subcontractor of Theateradvies bv. Seven scenarios were worked out: new build on other location, in combination (or not) with sport facilities, renovation, new build on present location, etc. In the report project costs were calculated per scenario and consequences, pros and cons and risks were described. Advies etc. calculated the costs and contributed importantly to the content of the report.
